Athana Chilli Pickle
Athana chillies are the thick-walled variety that hold their shape in oil. Slit and packed with a coarse mustard masala, this is the hotter of the two pouches. The pack reseals, so it travels well and suits smaller households.

Best enjoyed with
Use a clean, dry spoon every time and keep the oil layer covering the pickle — that layer is what preserves it. Oil separating or rising to the top is normal; stir gently before serving.
